good to see a new post from you! I still have nightmares of the liverpool game. I would like to think we deserved the win but we didnt. I loved how we came out guns blazing against everton, if only we played all the games like that. Fletchers wonder strike, I am a big fan of fletcher, when other academy players his age moved to other teams because they wanted more first team football, he stayed and wanted to fight for a place against carrick and hargreaves, and when anderson was brought in, everyone thought is days were numbered. Theres a footballer for you. he might look like my uncle Mildred (trust me this is no compliment) but he sure has that fire to him. Kudos to you fletch for staying and fighting.

now, the "other" owen. The injury prone owen... oooppsss... Hargreaves.. I hope he plays again, that is if he can find his fitness, be patient, does what the gaffer tells him to do and finally outclass all the other players currently running the show in midfield. I admire Hargreaves, people say Carrick doesnt have that fire that Gerard and Lampard has, I know hargreaves has a lot of that so -called fire. Hope to see him soon in the first team....

ON a more personal note...

Loved the post Mark, missed you while you were gone! Cheers mate!
