If Owen can step up and fill the shoes left by Carlos and Ronnie (big shoes huh i know) at least cover half the goal tally he should be a fantastic buy. By the way, I think one thing that people have forgotten, Owen loved liverpool, if he can fall in love with Man United he'd be one hell of a player. He has that old-school-i-only-wanna-play-for-one-club vibe going on. Maybe its just me but i think that counts for a lot! by the way, did this catch anyone else of guard or have i just been too out of touch for going on holiday for too long?
